The Marina Vikings (Huntington Beach, CA) softball routed the host Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ), 11-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Vikings (12-1) will now prepare for their bout against Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ). The Skyhawks go into the non-league bout with a 3-6 record. In their last bout, Deer Valley was routed by Grand Terrace (Grand Terrace, CA), 19-0, in a non-league bout.

The Colts now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Chandler for a non-league bout on Friday, March 17. Casteel will confront a Wolves squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Westwood (Mesa, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 4-2.
