New Mexico High School Softball - Grants loses to Kirtland Central

The Kirtland Central Broncos softball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Grants Pirates to 11 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Kirtland Central improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Broncos host Thoreau (Thoreau, NM) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 21. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 14. Grants will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 18-1 non-league loss to Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM).
