Illinois High School Lacrosse - Mother McAuley holds off Lane Tech

The Mother McAuley Mighty Macs (Chicago, IL) lacrosse tipped the visiting Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL), 9-8 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Mother McAuley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mighty Macs host Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL) to meet the Ramblers in a Girls Catholic challenge on Tuesday, March 12. The Ramblers enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.

The Champions (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
