Louisiana High School Softball - Red River falls to Byrd

March 11, 2024: Coushatta, LA 71019

In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Byrd Yellow Jackets softball team scored a nice 20-1 win over the Red River Bulldogs.

Coming up next, the Yellow Jackets battle the Airline Vikings (Bossier City, LA) in a 5A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, March 12. Byrd will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 9-8 record after their 8-3 non-league loss to West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA).

The Bulldogs (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Many (Many, LA). The Tigers enter the 2A District 3 outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Many was routed by Montgomery (Montgomery, LA), 11-2, in a non-league outing.
