In Monday's league outing, the visiting Coleman Bluecats softball team scored a nice 28-4 win over the Santa Anna Mountaineers.
Coming up next, the Bluecats encounter the Eldorado Eagles (Eldorado, TX) in a 2A Region I District 6 outing, on Tuesday, March 19. Coleman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record.
The Mountaineers (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Menard (Menard, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 2A Region I District 6 contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Menard was routed by Hamlin (Hamlin, TX), 5-2, in a non-league contest.
