The Cross Roads Bobcats softball team (Malakoff, TX), was routed 10-5 in Monday's non-league test with the host Malakoff Tigers (Malakoff, TX)

Coming up next, the Tigers encounter the Mildred Eagles (Corsicana, TX) in a 3A Region III District 18 test, on Tuesday, March 12. Malakoff will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 1-7 record after their 18-5 non-league loss to Stephenville (Stephenville, TX).

The Bobcats (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Martins Mill (Ben Wheeler, TX). The Mustangs enter the 2A Region III District 20 test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Martins Mill was routed by Kerens (Kerens, TX), 12-0, in a league test.
