The Satellite Scorpions softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Father Lopez Green Wave to 1 in the Scorpions non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Satellite moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Scorpions host Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL) to clash with the Commodores in a 4A District 8 game on Thursday, March 14. The Commodores come into the game with a record of 5-2. Eau Gallie won 16-1 in their recent non-league game against Heritage (Palm Bay, FL)

In their next game, the Green Wave clash with the Pine Ridge Panthers (Deltona, FL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 14. Father Lopez will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 17-7 league win over Mainland (Daytona Beach, FL).
