The Paul VI Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting The Academy of the Holy Cross Tartans to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Paul VI improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers host Herndon (Herndon, VA) to clash with the Hornets in a Liberty game on Tuesday, March 12. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Tartans clash with the Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 2. The Academy of the Holy Cross will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
