The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions (Nashville, TN) and the host New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL), saw Christ Presbyterian Academy's baseball team beat New Hope by a margin of 18-4.
The Lions (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Patriots enter the non-league battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Bob Jones defeated University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN), 7-6, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Indians face the Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 11. New Hope will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Black Bears enter the battle with a 6-8 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Whitesburg Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL).
