The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) and the host E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA), saw University Lab's baseball team gain a win over E.D. White by a tally of 9-6.
The Cubs (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Zachary (Zachary, LA). The Broncos enter the non-league battle with a 10-10 record. In their last battle, Zachary by Dutchtown (Geismar, LA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cardinals face the Hahnville Tigers (Boutte, LA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 13. E.D. White will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 9-9 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Westwego, LA).
