Delaware High School Baseball - Lake Forest held off by Polytech

Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE), 8-6 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Polytech advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE) to battle the Ravens in a Henlopen North match on Tuesday, March 25. The Ravens come into the match with a record of 0-0.
The Spartans now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Caroline for a non-league match on Friday, March 14.
