Colorado High School Baseball - Pueblo County defeats Skyline

March 11, 2025: Pueblo, CO 81006

The Pueblo County Hornets baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Skyline Falcons to 1 in the Hornets non-league win on Tuesday.

The Hornets now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mead for a non-league test on Friday, March 14. Pueblo County will play a Mavericks team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Skyline drops to 1-1 on the year. The Falcons travel to Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, March 14. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-0. Pueblo Centennial won 15-0 in their recent non-league test against Rangeview (Aurora, CO)
