The Grossmont Foothillers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Christian Patriots to 1 in the Foothillers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Foothillers now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Foothills Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, March 14. Grossmont will play a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Christian drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Sweetwater (National City, CA) to play the Red Devils in a non-league outing on Thursday, March 13. The Red Devils come into the outing with a record of 4-0. Sweetwater won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Coronado (Coronado, CA)
