In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Francis Parker Lancers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Torrey Pines Falcons.

The Lancers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA). The Mavericks come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, La Costa Canyon was nudged by San Marcos (San Marcos, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons play the Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, March 20. Torrey Pines will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA).
