The Lincoln Golden Bears soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Cleburne County Tigers to 0 in the Golden Bears non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Bears now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Jacksonville for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 13. Lincoln will play a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Springville (Springville, AL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Cleburne County moves to 1-9 on the year. The Tigers travel to Talladega (Talladega, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 18. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Talladega won 9-1 in their recent non-league bout against Holy Family Catholic (Birmingham, AL)
