The Ralston Valley Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Northfield Nighthawks to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Denver East for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 14. Ralston Valley will clash with a Angels squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Fairview (Boulder, CO). The Angels record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Northfield falls to 0-2 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 14. The Bruins go into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Cherry Creek won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Ponderosa (Parker, CO)
