The Alhambra Moors softball team scored 11 runs and held the host El Monte Lions to 8 in the Moors non-league win on Tuesday.

The Moors now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pasadena for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18.

With the loss, El Monte moves to 0-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Arroyo (El Monte, CA) to confront the Knights in a battle on Friday, March 28. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 2-4.
