The Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans smashed the visiting Cherokee Bluff Bears soccer team by a tally of 10-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next, the Spartans clash with the Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA) in a 3A Area 6 game, on Friday, March 14. Greater Atlanta Christian will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Jefferson (Jefferson, GA).
The Bears (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Monroe Area (Monroe, GA). The Purple Hurricanes come into the 3A Area 8 game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Monroe Area defeated Salem (Conyers, GA), 9-0, in a non-league game.
