The Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Lions overwhelmed the host Apache Junction Prospectors softball squad by a count of 18-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Estrella Foothills Wolves (Goodyear, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 21. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Wolves go into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 21-1 non-league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ).
The Prospectors (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Poston Butte (San Tan Valley, AZ). The Broncos go into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Poston Butte was routed by Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
