The Pleasant Grove Hawks softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Chapel Hill Red Devils to 4 in the Hawks non-league win on Tuesday.

The Hawks now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Lamar for a 4A Region II District 15 battle on Friday, March 14. Pleasant Grove will confront a Panthers team coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Hooks (Hooks, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Chapel Hill moves to 3-5 on the season. The Red devils host Jefferson (Jefferson, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 3A Region II District 15 battle on Friday, March 14. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 6-7. Jefferson lost 13-3 in their recent non-league battle against White Oak (White Oak, TX)
