The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Dardanelle Sand Lizards (Dardanelle, AR) and the visiting Charleston Tigers (Charleston, AR), observed Dardanelle's softball team get by Charleston by a tally of 7-6.

The Sand Lizards (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Pottsville (Pottsville, AR). The Apaches go into the 4A Region 4 bout with a 2-3 record.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Waldron Bulldogs (Waldron, AR) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 13. Charleston will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Centerpoint (Amity, AR).
