California High School Softball - Oakmont Rosemont

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Oakmont Vikings softball team scored a tight 8-5 win over the Rosemont Wolverines.

The Vikings (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Bear River (Grass Valley, CA). The Bruins come into the Pioneer Valley League match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Bear River nipped Colfax (Colfax, CA), 9-6, in a league match.

In their next game, the Wolverines confront the Galt Warriors (Galt, CA) in a Sierra Valley Conference match, on Tuesday, March 18. Rosemont will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 4-6 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA).
