Mississippi High School Softball - Sumrall gets by South Jones

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Sumrall Bobcats (Sumrall, MS) and the visiting South Jones Braves (Ellisville, MS), observed Sumrall's softball team get by South Jones by a tally of 7-6.
The Bobcats (13-2) will now prepare for their bout against Stringer (Stringer, MS). The Red Devils go into the non-league bout with a 8-2 record. In their last bout, Stringer tipped Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS), 7-6, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Braves clash with the D'Iberville Warriors (D'Iberville, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 15. South Jones will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 6-5 league loss to Biloxi (Biloxi, MS).
