In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Central Red Devils baseball team scored a close 9-4 win over the Columbus Blue Devils.

The Red Devils (8-6) will now prepare for their game against Providence Christian (Dothan, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Providence Christian was overwhelmed by Dothan (Dothan, AL), 3-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Blue Devils play the Spencer Greenwave (Columbus, GA) in a AA Region 1 game, on Friday, March 13. Columbus will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Greenwave come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 18-3 league win over Kendrick (Columbus, GA).
