In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Seton Catholic Sentinels baseball team scored a nice 17-7 win over the Mesa Jackrabbits.

The Sentinels (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Florence (Florence, AZ). The Gophers come into the 3A Central match with a 10-1 record. In their last match, Florence notched a victory over Show Low (Show Low, AZ), 8-7, in a non-league match.

The Jackrabbits now possess a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Casteel for a non-league match on Monday, March 16. Mesa will battle a Colts team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 4-1.
