Utah High School Lacrosse - Payson drops to Wasatch

Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Payson Lions (Payson, UT), 26-0 in a league battle.
The Wasps now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maple Mountain for a 5A Region 8 battle on Monday, March 15. Wasatch will clash with a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Timpanogos (Orem, UT). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Viewmont Vikings (Bountiful, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 16. Payson will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Jordan (Sandy, UT).
