In Saturday's non-league game, the host Berkner Rams baseball team scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Hillcrest Panthers.
The Rams (3-1) will now prepare for their game against North Garland (Garland, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, North Garland tipped Bland (Merit, TX), 11-1, in a non-league game.
The Panthers (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Adams (Dallas, TX). The Cougars go into the 5A Region II District 11 game with a 2-1 record.
