With the win, Paris upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats host North Lamar (Paris, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 4A Region II District 15 test on Tuesday, March 29. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 7-8.

The Yellowjackets (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Arp (Arp, TX). The Tigers go into the 3A Region II District 16 game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Arp tipped North Zulch (North Zulch, TX), 9-0, in a non-league game.
