The Southlake Carroll Dragons crushed the visiting Guyer Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 8-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Dragons now hold a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Byron Nelson for a 6A Region I District 4 bout on Tuesday, March 15.

Next, the Wildcats face the McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 bout, on Wednesday, March 16. Guyer will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Burleson (Burleson, TX).
