The Troup Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting North Zulch Bulldogs to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers now hold a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a 3A Region II District 16 outing on Tuesday, March 15. Troup will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-6.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 12. North Zulch will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 12-3 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Terrell (Terrell, TX).
