In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Kennedy Fighting Irish (La Palma, CA) volleyball team defeated the visiting West Covina Bulldogs (West Covina, CA), by a count of 2-0.

The Fighting Irish (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA). The Aztecs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Mark Keppel defeated Montebello (Montebello, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the San Juan Hills Stallions (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 12. West Covina will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Stallions come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Pacifica Christian/Orange County (Newport Beach, CA).
