Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO), 18-1 in a non-league battle.
The Golden Eagles now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Costa Canyon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 15. Mountain Vista will clash with a Mavericks squad coming off a 21-1 non-league win over Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Poway Titans (Poway, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 15. Mullen will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 14-5 non-league loss to Bishop's (La Jolla, CA).
