Next, the Spartans confront the Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) in a 6A Area 9 challenge, on Tuesday, March 15. Mountain Brook will attempt to better on its 14-2 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 4-1 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, AL).

The Eagles now have a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoover for a 7A Area 5 challenge on Tuesday, March 15. Oak Mountain will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Thompson (Alabaster, AL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 4-5.
