Arizona High School Softball - Canyon View bounces Mater Dei

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) and the visiting Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA), witnessed Canyon View's softball squad tip Mater Dei by a count of 7-3.

The Jaguars now sport a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Willow Canyon for a non-league match on Friday, March 18. Canyon View will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Hamilton (Chandler, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-2.

With the loss, Mater Dei moves to 5-6 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Upland (Upland, CA) to meet the Highlanders/Scots in a non-league match on Wednesday, March 16. The Highlanders/Scots go into the match with a record of 6-6. Upland won 7-3 in their recent non-league match against Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA)
