Payson Lions (Payson, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Enterprise Wolves (Enterprise, UT), 17-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dixie for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 12. Payson will face a Flyers squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Beaver (Beaver, UT). The Flyers record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Enterprise falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Syracuse (Syracuse, UT) to face the Titans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 12. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Syracuse won 14-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Murray (Murray, UT)
