Utah High School Softball - Sierra Vista tipped by Lehi

The Lehi Pioneers softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Sierra Vista Mountain Lions to 6 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Lehi improves its record to 3-4 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Orem (Orem, UT) to clash with the Tigers in a 5A Region 8 game on Thursday, March 17. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 2-3. Orem 6-6 in their recent league game against Mountain View (Orem, UT)

In their next game, the Mountain Lions clash with the Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 15. Sierra Vista will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to Liberty (Henderson, NV).
