The North Stars softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting West Vikings to 0 in the Stars non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, North moves its record to 6-3 on the year. The Stars travel to Barstow (Barstow, CA) to clash with the Aztecs in a non-league game on Friday, March 18. The Aztecs come into the game with a record of 5-1.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Golden Valley Bulldogs (Bakersfield, CA) in a South Yosemite game, on Tuesday, March 15. West will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 2-6 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to North (Bakersfield, CA).
