Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 13. Great Bridge will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Knights now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Camden County for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A challenge on Wednesday, March 13. Currituck County will confront a Bruins team coming off a 6-0 league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 2-1.
