The Cherry Creek Bruins baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Pine Creek Eagles to 1 in the Bruins non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bruins (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Arvada West (Arvada, CO). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO). The Rangers go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Lewis-Palmer was overwhelmed by Denver South (Denver, CO), 10-5, in a non-league match.
