In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Lyons Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Lockport Porters.
The Lions now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheaton Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, March 14.
In their next game, the Porters face the Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) in a South Suburban test, on Saturday, March 16. Lockport will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 15-11 league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL).
