Kentucky High School Lacrosse - Scott County drops to Tates Creek

Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY), 19-8 in a non-league battle.

The Commodores now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Frederick Douglass for a non-league battle on Friday, March 15. Tates Creek will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 17-3 non-league win over Walton-Verona (Walton, KY). The Broncos record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 16. Scott County will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Colonels come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 16-0 league win over Villa Madonna (Covington, KY).
