Georgia High School Soccer - Trion knocks off Armuchee

The Trion Bulldogs soccer team scored 6 points and limited the visiting Armuchee Indians to 2 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 7 contest, on Thursday, March 14. Trion will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 3-6 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Coosa (Rome, GA).

The Indians now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dalton Academy for a 1A D-I Area 7 contest on Friday, March 15. Armuchee will face a Pumas team coming off a 10-0 league win over Dade County (Trenton, GA). The Pumas record now stands at 9-1.
