Kentucky High School Softball - Oldham County bounces Anderson County

Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY), 17-13 in a non-league challenge.

The Colonels now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Central Hardin for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 14. Oldham County will battle a Bruins squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Anderson County falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY) to battle the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 14. The Chargers enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Bullitt East won 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Scott County (Georgetown, KY)
