East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Bear Creek Bruins (Stockton, CA), 17-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calaveras for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 14. East Union will battle a Red Hawks squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Red Hawks record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Bear Creek falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bruins host Lincoln (Stockton, CA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 23. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 1-4.
