Leakey Eagles (Leakey, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Junction Eagles (Junction, TX), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host FEAST HomeSchool for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19.

With the loss, Junction falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Harper (Harper, TX) to face the Longhorns in a 2A Region IV District 28 challenge on Friday, March 22. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a record of 8-10.
