Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Pearl River Rebels (Pearl River, LA), 15-5 in a league challenge.

The now own a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loranger for a 4A District 8 challenge on Thursday, March 14. Lakeshore will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 11-9 non-league win over Slaughter Community Charter (Slaughter, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Pearl River falls to 2-13 on the campaign. The Rebels host St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA) to battle the Saints in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 14. The Saints enter the challenge with a record of 2-4.
