California High School Softball - Williams topped by Pierce

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Pierce Bears (Arbuckle, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Williams Yellowjackets (Williams, CA), by a margin of 17-3.

With the triumph, Pierce moves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Bears host Woodland (Woodland, CA) to play the Wolves in a non-league contest on Friday, March 15. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 2-4. Woodland lost 23-0 in their recent league contest against Dixon (Dixon, CA)

In their next game, the Yellowjackets play the Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA) in a Mid-Valley contest, on Tuesday, March 26. Williams will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
