North Carolina High School Baseball - Atkins loses to Ashe County

March 12, 2025: Winston-Salem, NC 27101

The Ashe County Huskies triumphed over the host Atkins Camels baseball squad by a score of 13-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Huskies battle the Johnson County Longhorns (Mountain City, TN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 13. Ashe County will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Longhorns come into the outing with a 3-2 record after their 15-14 league loss to Hampton (Hampton, TN).

The Camels (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Storm come into the Mid-State 3A outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Southern Guilford toppled Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC), 10-3, in a league outing.
