North Carolina High School Baseball - Spring Creek loses to Hobbton

March 12, 2025: Seven Springs, NC 28578

In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Hobbton Wildcats (Newton Grove, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC), by a tally of 12-0.

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Princeton Bulldogs (Princeton, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 13. Hobbton will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC).

The Gators (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against North Johnston (Kenly, NC). The Panthers come into the Neuse Six 2A outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, North Johnston toppled Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC), 14-1, in a non-league outing.
