In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs baseball team scored a nice 20-7 win over the Melrose Golden Wildcats.
The Pharaohs (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Bolton (Arlington, TN). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Bolton was overwhelmed by Overton (Memphis, TN), 8-6, in a non-league game.
Next, the Golden Wildcats play the Sheffield Knights (Memphis, TN) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 12. Melrose will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Knights go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 18-3 non-league loss to Overton (Memphis, TN).
